    Flower Market's own John Coykendall was honored this morning with a
    Knoxville Mayoral award for his contribution to gardens at the historic
    Ramsey House, and his contribution to the preservation of heritage seeds
    Quite an honor for Sir John, and well deserved for this horticulturist with
    a passion for garden historic preservation.

In conjunction with our Art in the Garden day,  John Cuykendall will be holding a class on heirloom seeds, here at the Flower Market.

John, a UT-graduate horticulturist,  is recognized as the regional expert in the entire Southeast on heirloom seeds.  A known historian on area horticultural history and very entertaining. John's classes are sought after, please register by calling us at 865-584-1679.
